MSW Supervisee in Social Work

For more than 16 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in the mental health field and support children, adolescents, adults, and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. Throughout my career, I’ve served as a mentor, life skills coach, mental health skill builder, crisis intervention specialist, and family services specialist. Each of these experiences has strengthened my belief that sometimes we simply need a safe place to talk, someone to listen, and the right tools to help us move forward.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Human Services from Liberty University, along with my Master’s degree in Social Work from Capella University.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we can identify patterns that may be holding you back, develop healthier coping skills, build self-confidence, and work toward the changes you want to make.
I believe that no two people are exactly alike, so I take time to understand you—your experiences, your strengths, your challenges, and your goals. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to figure it all out alone.
My goal is to walk alongside you—not to tell you how to live your life, but to help you discover the tools, insight, and confidence to navigate it in a way that feels meaningful to you.
Life can be complicated, messy, and sometimes overwhelming. But I truly believe there is always room for growth and a new beginning.
My motto is:
“Every day you open your eyes, you have another CHANCE to make a better CHOICE.”
If today is that day for you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
