Supervisee in Social Work (MSW)

You deserve a therapist who sees the whole you. I work with individuals navigating trauma, relationships, and life transitions with compassion and cultural humility. Whether you’re exploring your new fou d self, healing from interpersonal violence, or seeking clarity in your relationships, I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome—without judgment.

My clients often tell me they feel heard and validated in ways they haven’t before. I specialize in supporting clients who’ve experienced domestic violence, sexual trauma, of Christianfaith, and those living at the intersections of multiple identities. I’m here for the ones who carry a lot and are tired of carrying it alone.

My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I integrate evidence-based practices like Strength based, narrative therapy, and solution focused  therapy with a deep respect for your lived experience and inner wisdom. My practice is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and grounded in faith and justice.

I honor your values and complexity—whether that includes being Christian, part of the kink/BDSM community, polyamorous, or questioning your path forward. I don’t believe healing looks the same for everyone, so I tailor therapy to your unique story.

Ideal Client:

You may be navigating grief, trauma, relationship shifts, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself.  You might be someone who’s always been “the strong one,” struggling silently, or who’s trying to heal from people who never saw your light. You want a therapist who gets it—someone affirming, relatable, and who knows that healing is both sacred and messy.

I especially welcome:

  • Survivors of domestic violence or sexual assault

  • Clients deconstructing or reconstructing faith

  • Women of color and clients from marginalized backgrounds

  • Clients exploring kink, polyamory, or non-traditional relationships

  • Those in helping professions needing a safe space to unload
