I’m Angela Perry, LCSW, liensed therapist at SCCS. I earned both my Master’s in Clinical Social Work and my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Norfolk State University. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve supported individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, and major life transitions through crisis intervention, trauma-informed practice, and mental health assessment.
Outside of work, I love reading, spending time with loved ones, music, beach days, and yes — binge-watching a good series.
In therapy, I use a strength-based, client-centered approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused concepts. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, respectful, culturally aware, and judgment-free. Together, we’ll identify what’s holding you back, build tools you can use long after sessions end, and support your growth in mind, body, and spirit.
